This Privacy Policy describes how Gamesbox handles information when you play our games. We designed Gamesbox to be a privacy-first experience — your progress, preferences, and scores stay right where you play: on your device.

By using Gamesbox you agree to the practices described here. If anything changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.

Gamesbox does not collect personal information and does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or any contact details to play.

The app simply saves your in-game progress on your device — including your coin balance, unlocked games, star ratings, badges, daily streak, and accessibility settings — so the app remembers your choices between sessions. This data never leaves your device.

Any information the app stores on your device is used exclusively to run Gamesbox: restoring your coin balance when you reopen the app, keeping track of which games you have unlocked, and applying your accessibility preferences (such as reduced motion).

We do not use any locally stored information for advertising, profiling, or purposes unrelated to operating the game.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your gameplay data remains on your device.

All data Gamesbox stores — your preferences and game progress — is saved in your device's local application storage. It remains there until you reset your progress within the app or uninstall Gamesbox. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

You can reset all locally stored progress at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. This deletes your coin balance, star ratings, unlocked games, and profile — effectively returning the app to its initial state.

You may also uninstall Gamesbox at any time to remove all associated data from your device. If you have questions about your data, reach out to us at the contact address below.

Gamesbox is designed as a general-audience game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because Gamesbox stores data only locally on the device and does not collect personal information, no special parental consent is required to play. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Gamesbox after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
